From the Paddock to the Podium
Embarking on his first ever live UK tour, An Evening with Damon Hill promises to be an intimate, high‑octane journey through the triumphs, turns and tracks of his legendary career. The racing star will be in conversation with Tom Clarkson, host of F1’s official Beyond The Grid podcast, Hill will chart his unconventional rise, entering the sport at 32 and becoming the first son of a champion to claim the title himself, with the chance for fans in the audience to ask questions at the end.
Crowned 1996 FIA Formula 1 World Drivers’ Champion, Damon Hill is famed for his fierce duels with Michael Schumacher and his poignant partnership with the late Ayrton Senna at Williams in 1994. Expect first‑hand accounts from his time at Williams cars, candid reflections on the weight of the Hill name, and anecdotes from his battles with fascinating rivalries. Plus, fans can hear the inside track from Hill on the defining moments of the 2025 season, the names he clocked, and what he expects from F1 in 2026.
The tour follows the critical acclaim of the recent documentary Hill, hailed by The Guardian as “a compellingly intimate duel with fear and failure” and awarded five stars by The Times.
